Yes! Every new family receives one complimentary 30-minute session with any tutor. This lets your child experience the platform and meet their tutor before you commit to a plan. No credit card required.

Sessions start at $29 for a 30-minute session or $49 for a full hour. We offer weekly packages at a 15% discount and monthly unlimited plans starting at $199/month. Sibling discounts are also available.

Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from your parent dashboard. If you cancel mid-cycle, you'll retain access through the end of your billing period.

If you're not satisfied with a session, let us know within 24 hours and we'll issue a full credit for a replacement session. For plan-based customers, unused sessions roll over to the next month.

Every tutor passes a comprehensive background check, subject-matter exam, and teaching demonstration. We accept fewer than 5% of applicants. Most hold advanced degrees or teaching certifications in their subject area.

Yes, you can reschedule or cancel any session up to 4 hours before the start time at no charge. Late cancellations within 4 hours will use one session credit. No-shows are treated as completed sessions.

Sessions are available in 30-minute or 60-minute blocks. For younger students (K-5), we recommend 30-minute sessions to match their attention spans. For middle and high school students, 60-minute sessions allow for deeper learning.
